European Prize for Women Innovators 2027
The European Innovation Council (EIC), in collaboration with the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), has launched the 2027 edition of the European Prize for Women Innovators, recognising women entrepreneurs and innovators whose work is driving positive change across Europe.
The prize celebrates women who have successfully transformed innovative ideas into impactful products, services or businesses, while contributing to the growth of the European innovation ecosystem. It also aims to increase the visibility of women innovators and encourage greater participation of women in research, technology and entrepreneurship.
As diversity and inclusion remain key drivers of innovation, initiatives such as the European Prize for Women Innovators play an important role in promoting female leadership and inspiring future generations of entrepreneurs and innovators.
To support prospective applicants, the EIC and EIT will host an online information session on 17 September, providing an overview of the prize, eligibility requirements, application process and key deadlines.
