ADACities Call for Expression of Interest Published

The European Commission has published the Call for Expression of Interest and accompanying Scoping Paper for the Autonomous Drive Ambition Cities (ADACities) initiative.
ADACities supports cities in moving beyond fragmented pilot projects towards the large-scale deployment of AI-enabled, Level 4 autonomous driving within urban transport systems, while strengthening the competitiveness of the European automotive sector.
The initiative focuses on three key areas:
- Robotaxis
- Shuttles for public transport
- Advanced Level 4 point-to-point navigation
Expression of interest is open until 30 September.
