AI4CCAM Final Event & Stakeholder Forum 2nd edition

AI4CCAM-Final-Event

Join the AI4CCAM Final Event and the 2nd edition of the Stakeholder Forum workshop on 17 and 18 November 2025, in Autoworld Brussels.

Over the past three years, the AI4CCAM project – funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe Programme – has contributed to shaping a safer and more ethical framework for automated mobility through AI. The Stakeholder Forum Workshop and the Final Event will bring together key stakeholders from across Europe to discuss and share the project’s main results, recommendations and future perspectives for trustworthy AI application for automated mobility.

Why attend?
The 2nd edition of the Stakeholder Forum Workshop will take place on Monday 17th of November in the afternoon. With limited availability, the Forum is a half-day in-person workshop accessible only by invitation. Lunch will be provided and it will be followed by the AI4CCAM Final Event Opening Gathering from 18:00 to 19:00. Enriching discussions in which you will actively participate will take place around key different topics: peers and experts will share insights and perspectives on how AI can be effectively and responsibly testes, deployed, operated and assessed when applied to automated mobility.
The Final Event is planned on Tuesday 18th of November, with lunch provided. Through plenary sessions, demonstrations and Virtual Reality (VR) experiences, it will reflect the project’s multidisciplinary approach and commitment to open-source tools, scalable validation environments, and human-machine interaction research shaping safer and more inclusive automated mobility solutions and services.
