The CCAM-funded research project, CCAM-ERAS, is organising the CCAM-ERAS Validation Workshop on Wednesday, 19th November 2025, in Brussels, Belgium.

The CCAM-ERAS project examines the socio-economic impacts of Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM), with a focus on the skills, labour market changes, and broader societal implications linked to the mobility transition. This validation workshop will bring together a select group of experts, business representatives, trade unions, policymakers, academics, and other stakeholders to review and validate project findings and co-develop actionable recommendations.

Your input will help ensure that Europe is prepared for the opportunities and challenges ahead, particularly in equipping the workforce with the right skills and the support of sustainable employment.

Workshop highlights will include:

  • Presentation of CCAM-ERAS findings on future skills needs and socio-economic impacts.
  • Group discussions on employment challenges and training opportunities.
  • Validation of recommendations to address skills mismatches and labour market transitions.
  • Exploration of social, regulatory and industry impacts of CCAM.
  • Stakeholder input to share practical roadmaps for workforce readiness.
