Save the Date: BERTHA Project final event to showcase advances in Driver Behaviour Modelling for CCAM
The BERTHA Project has announced its Final Conference, which will take place on 21 October 2026 in Brussels, Belgium.
Bringing together experts from academia, research organisations, industry and the wider mobility ecosystem, the event will highlight the project’s key achievements and demonstrate how advanced driver behaviour modelling can support the future deployment of Cooperative, Connected and Automated Mobility (CCAM) solutions.
A central focus of the conference will be the presentation of BERTHA’s innovative Driver Behavioural Model, developed to better understand, predict and integrate human driving behaviour into future mobility systems.
As automation technologies continue to evolve, accurately modelling driver behaviour remains essential for ensuring safe interactions between human-driven and automated vehicles. BERTHA’s research contributes to this challenge by developing advanced approaches to behavioural modelling that can support safer, more reliable and user-centred mobility solutions.
