ReSKILLING Workshop: Inclusive Transitions: Skills and Jobs in Automated Mobility
Join the ReSKILLING Project upcoming workshop that will explore how CCAM transforms the transport sector, its professions, and the future skills that will be required from workers.
As Connected, Cooperative, and Automated Mobility is rapidly transforming the transport sector, the project would truly value the participation of all relevant stakeholders who can contribute their expertise to validate research findings and co-create actionable strategies for Europe’s transport workforce.
What participants will explore:
- Which jobs will be impacted most by CCAM
- Which transport workforce groups are expected to be impacted mostly and how
- What new skills workers need for automated mobility trends
- How to create inclusive reskilling pathways for transport workers
This is a participatory workshop where input will directly validate the project skills matrices and labour market forecasts, inform workforce and business strategies, and shape policy recommendations. Your opinion and feedback will be carefully considered and integrated within the findings.
