Welcome to Benedetta Trignani as the new Monitoring and Reporting Officer
The CCAM Association warmly welcomes Benedetta Trignani to the CCAM Team as the new Monitoring and Reporting Officer, replacing Isabelle.
Benedetta has been assigned the responsibility of monitoring the 2Zero and CCAM Partnerships EU-funded projects and complementary activities. She will report the results to the European Commission and Associations’ members. Monitoring and evaluation are crucial parts of the secretariats’ work as they demonstrate the added value and impact of partnerships, understand the direction of R&I investments, and reassess the needs for the next Work Programmes.
Benedetta, originally from Italy, has a diverse background in European policy, education, finance, and international affairs. In her previous role as a European VET Policy Officer at Cedefop in Greece, she played a significant role in revising policies and lifelong guidance initiatives by closely collaborating with EU institutions. She also worked with representatives of DG EMPL to update EU guidelines on vocational training and conducted research on lifelong guidance for people with disabilities. Her internship at OXFAM UK helped her to develop skills in financial management and office operations. She managed financial operations, compiled reports, and supervised volunteers, ensuring organisational efficiency and transparency.
Academically, Benedetta holds a Second-level Master’s degree in International Public Affairs from LUISS Guido Carli, where she conducted research and statistical analysis on populist voting behavior. She also earned a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Bologna, focusing on Latin American populism, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Development and Cooperation from the same institution. Additionally, she attended a summer school program at ISPI in Milan, further enhancing her expertise in international cooperation and development.
A warm welcome and lots of good wishes to Benedetta on becoming part of the CCAM team.
