Public Consultation is open on the next ERTRAC Srategic Research Agenda for FP10

ERTRAC is updating its Strategic Research Agenda (SRA), which serves as key reference document for preparing the next EU Research Framework Programme (FP10) for the 2028–2035 timeframe.

The new SRA is structured according to the five main chapters of the long-term Vision 2050, adopted last year by ERTRAC, with a sixth chapter on cross-cutting enabling factors. This structure aims to ensure that research in road transport aligns with Europe’s societal needs.

A public consultation is organised now to gather feedback on the Research Topics for 2028–2035 identified by the ERTRAC Working Groups. Your input will support the completion and finalisation of the new ERTRAC SRA to be ready for FP10. This public consultation is open to all interested stakeholders, not limited to ERTRAC members.

If you want to help shape the future agenda of Road Transport Research in Europe, we invite you to participate: the deadline for submitting your feedback through the online questionnaire is 20 January 2026.
